At SHADE Consulting and Counselling we are experts in neurodivergence and disability. We provide training, individualized services, consulting, and policy and resource design in the areas of trauma and sexuality specializing in training about, and working with, individuals with complex needs.

We’re located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and through the magic of online platforms and ease of travel we can provide services many places.

Our Mission

We provide trauma-informed counselling and sexual health services to neurodivergent and disabled individuals; as well as training, consultation, and policy and resource design for individuals and organizations who support them.
